Connecting your account
Odoo → Settings → Users → your user → Account Security → API Keys → New API Key.
Credentials needed

| Database Name | No | Leave blank to auto-detect from the Site URL (e.g. my-organization). Required for self-hosted instances with multiple databases. |
| API Key | Yes | Generate an API key in Odoo at Settings > Technical > API Keys. Requires Odoo 19+. |

Once connected, choose from these resources when setting up an import:
